Sonic Dream Team Boss Fights: How to Beat Every Eggman Battle
Every Eggman boss fight in Sonic Dream Team, explained: patterns, safe spots and hero picks.

How boss fights work
Each dream world in Dream Team APK ends with a boss fight against one of Eggman's machines, and each boss tests a different skill: timing, movement, or reading patterns under pressure. Bosses telegraph their attacks clearly, so a lost fight is almost always a lesson, not bad luck.
Watch the boss for one full cycle before attacking hard. Learn the safe spots, learn the tell before each big attack, and save your boost for escapes instead of spending it on the first opening you see.
Patterns to learn
Most bosses cycle through three moves: a sweep, a charge, and a summon or barrage. The sweep punishes standing still, the charge punishes standing in the open, and the barrage punishes panic jumping. Position beats speed in every one of these fights.
Attack during the recovery after a big move, not during the wind up. Three careful hits beat ten greedy ones, and the game rewards patience with longer safe windows as the fight goes on.
Best heroes for bosses
Speed heroes are best for bosses with tight windows, since they reach openings fastest. Flight heroes are best for bosses that fill the ground with hazards, since height is safety. Try both before settling, because boss arenas differ more than story levels do. Related reading: Play Sonic Dream Team on iPad, Mac and Apple TV.
If a boss feels impossible, change heroes first and lower the graphics settings second. A smoother frame rate makes telegraphs easier to read, and the right hero makes the arena feel twice as big.
After the fight
Beating a boss opens the next dream world and usually pays a generous Dream Orb bonus, so boss nights are the best orb farming nights. Replay bosses with different heroes to learn their patterns cold, which pays off in score attack runs later. Related reading: Tails Flight Routes in Sonic Dream Team: Reach the High Paths.
